Improve Employee Communication - Sending W-2 statements directly to employees’ via e-mail gives you the ability to send a broadcast message to all employees.  This additional service and communication can improve employee morale and retention.  The “Manage W-2 Recipients” window allows users to specify which employees will receive e-mailed W-2 statements and what e-mail address to use for delivery.  Additionally, a custom password can be defined so employees can access their secure PDF statements. (Figure 1)

Easy to Use and Saves You Time - With E-mailed W-2s, you will save time and money by not having to print and manually distribute your employees’ W-2 statements. However, printing is still an option for employees who do not wish to receive their statements via e-mail. (Figure 1)

Improve Employee Satisfaction - Employees can easily view their W-2 statements in their Microsoft® Outlook inbox. The W-2 is attached as an Adobe PDF document in an e-mail, and does not require the user to log onto a web portal to view the statement. (Figure 3)
