Intermittent FMLA—This feature provides the ability to identify specific pay codes used for FMLA. When these pay codes are used in a payroll transaction, this feature will automatically create an FMLA instance in Human Resources.
Employee FMLA Calendar—If your employees have different shedules, you may now set up an employee-specific FMLA calendar including days per week, hours per day and down days.
Unlimited user defined leave codes—Configure the leave codes using your organization's terminology with no limites on the number of leave codes you can setup. rules for leave time, including Vacation, Sick, Personal Business, Administrative, Comp Time, and Holiday Comp Time. (See Figure 1)
Multiple accrual methods—Setup leave codes as accruals, lump sums, or comp time.
Mass update tools—Quickly assign leave codes to large groups of employees. You may also create mass leave transactions for large groups. These tools can save you lots of time and money (See Figure 2)
Enter Leave Transactions—Enterprise Leave Manager allows for leave adjustments, updating amounts taken, payouts and leave time transfers to other employees (See Figure 3)
Leave code transaction history—Review leave transaction history for any employee. This complete history enables you to easliy answer leave related questions. (See Figure 4)
Employee self service portal—Through the HRM Self Service Suite, employees can view leave balances, view detailed transaction history, and submit leave requests for all leave codes. (See Figure 5)
