Allows users to easily manage overtime rules and configure multiple methods of calculating overtime hours to be paid to employees. The user is able to accomodate rules that may vary based on employee, department, position or rules that are unique to certain states and companies. Overtime is managed on the basis of day, week, pay period or all three combined. Overtime Hours Rules then saves the user time by automatically calculating overtime during the payroll process.
