Manage complex payroll posting requirements in Microsoft Dynamics® GP Payroll

When employee’s pay rate changes on a specific date in the middle of a pay period, you can still process payroll with ease with Mid Pay Period Rate Changes. Payroll transactions are automatically updated to reflect both the old and new pay rates for that employee within the same pay period. Change Pay Rates – This feature allows Microsoft Dynamics GP Payroll to account for changes to an employee’s pay rate information during a payroll run. Capture Information – This feature captures information when a rate change occurs and stores it for later use during the pay run. The user is able to edit this stored information and make changes prior to being applied. Calculate Salary Changes – This feature calculates salary payroll transactions and updates payroll transactions in recurring batches saving the user the time of manually updating any recurring payroll transactions that have changed.
