How to import employee custom passwords for the Integrity Data Employee E-Mail Suite

Create the data in Excel and save the data as an xlsx as shown below:

Save the Excel file as a Comma Delimited (*.csv) file. You can use file names and locations of your choice.

Within Dynamics GP navigate to Tools > Integrate > Table Import

Create the Table Import Definition as shown below, and save it.

For Source File Browse to the csv file you saved in the previous steps

For the destination file select Email Password Setup from Product Employee E-Mail Suite and Series 3rd Party as shown.

When you are ready to load the data, click on the Import Button.

If you would like to review the results in SQL, run the following select statement for the company database.

SELECT * FROM ES40002

You can also go to the E-Mail Suite Setup window and select the arrow at the end of the password line to view the data in the application.
