Resolving Errors: Privilege Error and Inability to Include New Code Messages When Installing Integrity Data Products

First, right click the GP icon and select Run as administrator.

If you still receive the error messages, the next step is to verify GP is closed and not running.

In the task manager, verify if GP is open and running. Sometimes other users will have GP open, especially if this is a terminal server. Once everyone is out of GP, right click the GP icon and Run as administrator again.

If you continue to receive the error messages, your action is to reboot the machine. After the machine reboot, right click the GP icon and select Run as administrator.
