Who can apply?
A qualified recipient is any 501c(3) organization with 50 or more employees.
Current, nonprofit customers may also apply.
When can I apply?

What is the deadline?
Completed applications must be submitted to email@example.com by midnight Central time on Sunday, September 30, 2018.
Who is selecting the recipient?
Integrity Data employees will begin the selection process in October 2018. Finalists will be contacted in mid-November 2018 by the Integrity Data’s leadership team to conduct an in-depth interview.
When will a recipient be announced?
The winner will be contacted by Integrity Data in mid-to-late November 2018. A public announcement will be made soon after.
What does the winning, nonprofit organization receive?
- Monthly variable hour tracking to determine which employees are eligible for health insurance (Beginning January 1, 2019)
- Year-end reporting for the IRS (Forms 1095-C and 1094-C) including e-filing the 1094-C for 2019 (in early 2020)
- Experienced advisory and support from Integrity Data’s ACA specialists
