Step 1: Employee Documents can be accessed by both Admins/Managers as well as by the Employees via their self-service portal:

Step 2: Employees see a streamlined view of their personal documents including e-signatures notes.

  • Admins/Managers see an extended view with expanded functionality.

Once the document is uploaded, it may be edited to add further details: Category; Title; Description.

Attribute is an Admin/Manager feature only that allows you to make documents private. If indicated as private, the employee will not be able to see.
