If you have downloaded the Microsoft October 2024 release and received this error message in the Benefits Setup window:

To resolve these errors, you will need to download and install Integrity Data’s October GP release.  To accomplish that, you just need to follow these two simple steps:

• If you are not already registered as a customer of ours, please register on this ID GP registration page. (Note, there are registration links on that page for customers and for partners registering their customers.)

• Download our October release (tentatively titled, Dynamics GP October 2024 Release 18.7.1756) following its anticipated release on October 15, 2024, at the ID software download page

The primary impact will be to customers who have Deductions in Arrears as part of the Core Payroll Extensions because this alternate form is how you allow arrears for a deduction.  The error message could, however, affect anyone who uses this alternate form in GP payroll.

If you are on an older version of GP and you upgrade to this new version, you may encounter this message when you open either the Deduction or Benefit Setup window:

This will happen if you do a fresh installation of Dynamics GP 18.7 because those dictionaries no longer exist.  However, the security settings will be maintained when the data is migrated and when the window is selected, it won’t find the window that it is looking for.   The solve for this will be to follow the two steps above to register and install our code.
