Question: What is the employee’s view in the Onboarding process?
Answer:
We have created knowledgebase articles that show the onboarding process for a new employee from their perspective. To review the knowledge base articles found in this Resource Center, simply type “New Employee Experience” in the search bar. These articles are also linked within your HR software. To access from HR, go to your HR Dashboard and click the HR Admin tab. Next, scroll to the Support menu. Select Knowledge Base and locate the heading Employee Experience View.
Question: When I select include, W-4 and I-9 on my Onboarding task list, does the system create a PDF version of these forms once the New Hire completes the onboarding and can I download the completed forms?
Answer:
Yes, a PDF of the completed forms is created and included under Employee Maintenance/Documents (employee) and yes, you can download them.
Question: Can I clone an Onboarding Task List, (like you can clone a job posting)?
Answer:
No, Onboarding Task Lists can’t be cloned. But you can create as many as you need and use them repeatedly.
