HRP API Settings – The API User Credentials used in the HPR Sync and Cutover Processes.

• To utilize the HRP Sync and/or Cutover, you will have to Fill out the HRP API Settings for your API User that will be provided by the Integrity Data Onboarding Team.
• After filling out the HRP API Settings with your API user’s Credentials, Press the Validate the HRP Login button. This will attempt a login to the HRP company if the credentials are valid and successfully login, the name of the HRP Company will show in the Connected to Company Field. Verify that this is your HRP Company’s name before proceeding.

HRP Sync and Cutover Filters – This setting selects which Employees will be included in the Cutover and Sync Processes.

• Active Employees – The System will only Sync and Cutover Active Employees
• Active and Inactive Employees – The System will Sync and Cutover All Employees
• Active and Inactive Employees On and After this date – The System will Sync and Cutover All Active employees and All Inactive Employees that have an Inactivated Date On or After a Selected Date.
