Yes, e-mail earnings statements and W-2 statements can be sent to multiple e-mail address. If Outlook is the sending method the addresses need separated with a semi-colon. If SMTP is the sending method the addresses need separated with a comma. To verify the sending method open the Email Suite Setup window (HR/Payroll page > Setup > Payroll > Email Suite).
