What’s new

Payroll Now version #

• Base App: 28.51.1.20
• PN Extension: 28.51.1.30

This version is compatible with Primo Payroll Base app version 26.51.0.0 and greater, and Business Central version 28.0 in addition to a few new features combined with Integrity Data HR, Polling issues and features. Below is a summary of each.

New Features

• Improved sync error visibility from the Sync staging window:

• API added for Piece Rate Detail and Hours Detail – SDK available upon request
• Client Credential Self Service and lifecycle management — ensures client secret is updated prior to expiry, maintaining employee access to pay history statements and W2s. (KB article created.)

Payroll Now Issues Resolved

• Electronic W2 filing failing at IRS — 3 required fields not showing as required on the window. Resolved.

Polling between HRP and Payroll NOW

• W2s not printing correctly in HR for the 2025 calendar year – this has now been resolved
• Customers using Check stub format Earnings60 report were experiencing errors in HR – this has now been resolved
• Polling improvements to Terminated employee scenarios
