Once all periodic information has been submitted to the tax filing service and you are ready to mark the current quarter as closed you need to submit your quarterly information.
Step 1: Select Quarterly on the Tax Payments window
Step 2: Click the Process button
If you have previously unsubmitted periodic records, the system will alert you with the following message:
- Select Yes if you would like to continue submitting your quarter.
- Select No to submit the unsubmitted documents and continue with quarterly submission later.
Step 3: Once quarterly information has been successfully sent to the tax filing service, you’re done!
Federal 943 Report
Payroll Now supports agricultural customers with the 943 Report.
Similarly, to the 941 Report, the 943 Report Request Window has additional filter criteria and the ability to manually edit specific lines on the form. Once you’re ready to create a report, select the report options at the bottom of the window to create the report.
