When I include, W-4 and I-9 on my Onboarding task list, is a PDF version created and can I download the completed forms?

Question:  When I select include, W-4 and I-9 on my Onboarding task list, does the system create a PDF version of these forms once the New Hire completes the onboarding and can I download the completed forms?

Yes, a PDF of the completed forms is created and included under Employee Maintenance/Documents (employee) and yes, you can download them.
