Submit Quarterly Tax Information

Once all periodic information has been submitted to the tax filing service and you are ready to mark the current quarter as closed you need to submit your quarterly information.

Step 1: Select Quarterly on the Tax Payments window

Step 2: Click the Process button

If you have previously unsubmitted periodic records, the system will alert you with the following message:

  • Select Yes if you would like to continue submitting your quarter.
  • Select No to submit the unsubmitted documents and continue with quarterly submission later.
In most cases, all periodic information needs to be submitted for quarterly reporting to be accurate. The only exception to this would be a completely voided document in which case the total liability would be zero.

Step 3: Once quarterly information has been successfully sent to the tax filing service, you’re done!
