We have some great news to share with you! Your Tiers are a thing of the past. We’ve listened to your feedback and have decided to remove the Tier constraints for our GP Licensed Products with Annual Enhancement Plans and ACA Annual Subscriptions. These changes do not impact Per Employee Per Month subscription plans. This means that those of you who have had tiered pricing can now use these products for as many employees as you need without worrying about hitting a limit or facing extra charges. This will make things smoother and less disruptive for you, so you can focus on what you do best without any unexpected roadblocks. We’re always working to improve your experience, and we hope this change will bring you peace of mind.

What’s New? Well, in simple terms, customers can now use our GP Licensed Products and ACA Annual Subscriptions for as many employees as they need without worrying about hitting a Tier limit or facing extra charges. It’s all about making things smoother and less disruptive for you.

What’s Changing? The Feature Management Window in our GP License Products will now reflect “Unlimited” usage for those Products.
What Stays the Same? Customer annual invoices will not change – they will still show the same tier as before, even with the tiers no longer being enforced. This is just to keep things consistent and avoid any confusion.
What Does This Means for You? You will have one less thing to worry about! GP Licensed Products and ACA Annual Subscription are now limitless, so you can go ahead and use them to their full potential. You don’t have to worry about payroll going down when you cross a tier or trying to understand and explain tier upgrade costs.
