What to Expect at Summit NA 2026 in Nashville

Every Summit has its own personality.

Some years are defined by major product announcements. Others become memorable because of the people you meet, the sessions that spark new ideas, or the conversations that help solve challenges you’ve been facing for months.

As Summit 2026 approaches, one thing is clear: attendees will have more opportunities than ever to learn, connect, and prepare for what’s next in the Dynamics community. Whether you’re a long-time Dynamics GP user, a Business Central customer, or somewhere in the middle of your transition journey, Summit continues to be the place where the community comes together.

Expect a Strong Focus on Education

One of the biggest reasons people attend Summit is simple: practical learning.

Unlike many conferences that focus primarily on product announcements, Summit has long been known for user-led education and real-world knowledge sharing. Attendees have the opportunity to learn directly from people who work with these systems every day.

This year, attendees can expect continued growth in Business Central-focused sessions as more organizations move their ERP operations to modern cloud platforms. At the same time, there will still be valuable content for Dynamics GP users, particularly around options for continuing on GP and alternately, preparing for future transitions.

Our own Tom Franz will be standing in for Jill Lister this year in her annual session alongside Deb Sletmoen called “The Payroll Power Hour: Payroll Tips for Speed, Accuracy, & Compliance” to help GP customers with tips and best practices in Dynamics GP that help users process payroll faster, improve accuracy, and stay compliant.

In addition, Windi Epperson will be leading three GP-focused sessions during the event including “What’s NEW in GP for 2026…” where she is part of a panel who will discuss release versions 18.8 and 18.9. The panel will also review current support options for today and into the future. A listing of Windi’s sessions can be found HERE.

For attendees, this means practical takeaways they can bring back to the office immediately.

Reflections on Summit Past and Present

On Integrity Data’s From the Vault Podcast, Robert and Tom remember how Summit has been a place to form friendships and discuss what to expect in Nashville this year

Expect the Community to Be the Real Highlight

Technology changes.

The Dynamics community doesn’t.

One of the recurring themes of Summit is how many long-term friendships and professional relationships were built. For many attendees, Summit serves as an annual reunion where customers, partners, consultants, and ISVs reconnect and continue conversations that span years or even decades.

As the Dynamics GP community increasingly overlaps with Business Central, Summit has become a place where both worlds come together. Experienced GP users can learn from Business Central adopters, while newer Business Central customers gain access to a community known for sharing knowledge and helping peers succeed.

If you’re attending for the first time, don’t underestimate the value of hallway conversations, networking events, and casual discussions between sessions. Some of the most valuable insights happen outside the presentation rooms.

Expect Conversations About What’s Next

One topic that’s likely to come up frequently is the future of Dynamics GP and the growing momentum around Business Central.

The initial uncertainty surrounding Microsoft’s GP announcements created plenty of questions throughout the community. Today, many organizations are shifting from asking “What’s happening?” to asking “What’s our plan?”

That makes Summit an ideal environment to have honest conversations about strategy, payroll modernization, automation, and opportunities to improve business processes.

If you’re still evaluating your options, this is your chance to hear from peers, product experts, and companies that have already navigated similar decisions. Many attendees find that those conversations provide clarity that would be difficult to gain elsewhere.

Expect Integrity Data’s Biggest Summit Celebration Yet

This year is especially exciting for the Integrity Data team.

Why?

Because we’re celebrating 30 years.

To mark the occasion, we’re bringing something a little different to the show floor.

Welcome to the Pay Day Café

During the podcast, our team shared a preview of what attendees can expect at the Integrity Data booth.

Let’s just say coffee will be involved.

In fact, coffee will be a major part of the experience. The team discussed the launch of the Pay Day Café, complete with specialty drinks, plenty of caffeine, and even a birthday-themed beverage created specifically for the anniversary celebration.

Whether you’re heading to your first session of the day, recovering from a packed schedule, or simply looking for a place to connect with fellow attendees, the booth will be a great place to stop, recharge, and start conversations.

Because let’s be honest.

Great conversations often start with great coffee.
