Dependent data is required only from employers with self-insured plans:

  • If you are not self-insured, you do not need to collect data for dependents.
  • If you are self-insured, then you must track dependent information on those dependents who are covered.  Use the Dependent Excel Template for details to upload the file into the Cloud using Text tab delimited.  Use Utilities & Maintenance/ACA Utilities/Upload & Import to Select the file and Upload in the Cloud.
