There are many Integrity Data solutions integrated within Dynamics GP, so it may be hard to tell which ones you are currently utilizing. This document breaks down how you can tell if you are currently utilizing any of these features.
Deduction in Arrears
How to Find It: Navigate to the Deduction Setup Window by
Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Payroll > Deduction
You should see a series of three check boxes in the middle of the window labeled ‘Allow Arrears’, ‘Mandatory Deductions’, and ‘Collect When Possible’.
How to Know: Use this window to look at your Deduction Codes. If any of your Deduction Codes have any of these three check boxes checked, then you are utilizing this solution.

Overtime Rate Manager
How to Find It: If you have access to the Calculation Method Setup Window, then you have access to this Integrity Data solution. You can find this window by
Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Payroll > Overtime Methods
How to Know: You are utilizing this feature if all the following are true.
- You have access to this feature
- You are using Microsoft GP to run Payroll
- You run a weekly or bi-weekly pay period
- The Automatic Overtime Box found within the Payroll Setup Window is unchecked. Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Payroll > Payroll
- You have Overtime Pay Codes assigned to employees
- You have at least one Calculation Method Code created.

Payroll Integration to Payables
How to Find It: If you have access to the Payroll Vendor Setup Window, then you have access to this solution. You can find this window by
Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Payroll > Payables Integration > Vendors
How to Know: To see if you are utilizing this solution, use the arrows found in the bottom left of the window to see if you have any Transaction Types set up with Vendors. If you do, then you are utilizing the solution.

Pre-Posting Reports
How to Find It: To see if you have access to this solution, open the Posting Setup Window, set the Series to Payroll and the Origin to all.
Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Posting > Posting
How to Know: Here you can see all the Payroll Reports available to you along with their default printing options. If you see reports ending in PPR, then you have access to the solution.
If the Print check box on the left of the window is checked for any of the reports ending in PPR, then you are utilizing the solution.

PTO Manager
How to Find It: If you have access to the Employee PTO Maintenance Window then you have access to this solution. You can find this window by
Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Payroll > PTO
How to Know: You can see if you are utilizing this solution by using this window to see if you have any employees with a PTO Code assigned to them.

Pay Policy Manager
How to Find It: If you have access to the Pay Policies Window then you have access to the solution. You can find this window by
Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Payroll > Pay Policy Manager > Pay Policies
How to Know: You can see if you are utilizing this solution by using the arrows in the bottom left of the window to cycle through your Pay Codes to see if there are any Add-On Codes assigned to them.

Payroll Hours to the General Ledger
How to Find It: If you have the ‘Unit Account’ column in the Payroll Posting Accounts Setup Window then you have access to this solution. You can find this window by
Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Posting > Payroll Accounts
How to Know: If you have an account number in the Unit Account column while in the Gross Pay (DR) Payroll Account Type, then you are utilizing this solution.

Labor Accrual Manager
How to Find It: If you have access to the Payroll Accruals Window, then you have access to the solution. You can find this window by
HR & Payroll > Transactions > Payroll > Payroll Accruals
How to Know: You will know if you utilize this solution if you use this window to calculate and post Payroll Accruals.

Advanced Labor Reporting
How to Find It: If you have access to the Area of Responsibility Setup Window then you have access to the solution. You can see this window by
Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Payroll > Advanced Labor Reporting > Areas of Responsibility
How to Know: You can see if you are utilizing this solution by using the arrows I the bottom left of the window to see if you have any Area of Responsibility Codes setup. If you do then you are utilizing this solution.

Benefit Lifecycle Manager
How to Find It: To see if you have access to this solution you need to open the Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Plans, or Miscellaneous Setup Window; select a Benefit, press Go To > Benefits and see if there is a selection named Future Effective.
Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > Human Resources > Benefits and Deductions > Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Plans, or Miscellaneous Benefits
How to Know: You know you are utilizing this solution if you are using this ‘Future Effective’ feature on any of the four mentioned Benefit Setup Windows.
