How to Add Leave Request Web Part to the Employee Leave Time Page

Here’s how to add a Leave Request Web Part to the Employee Leave Time Page:

1. Copy the EmployeeTimeOffFrame.aspx page (C:Program FilesMicrosoft DynamicsBusiness PortalApplicationsHRM)

2. Paste the EmployeeTimeOffFrame.aspx page

3. Rename the copy to EmployeeTImeOffFrameLTM.aspx

4. Edit the EmployeeTimeOffFrameLTM.aspx page with SharePoint Designer

5. Removing the sections off the page that are no longer desired

6. Navigate to the Leave Time page within Business Portal

7. Select Edit the page

8. Select Add a Web Part

9. Within Categories select Media and Content

10. Within Web parts select Page Viewer

11. Select Add

12. Select open the tool pane under Page Viewer

13. Link to the EmployeeTimeOffFrameLTM.aspx modified in step1-6 (e.g./BusinessPortal/Applications/HRM/EmployeeTimeOffFrameLTM.aspx)

14. Change Title

15. Change Height to Yes, 250 Pixels

16. Select Apply to save change

17. Select Stop Editing

18. Navigae the to the Leave Time page the system will now display the Vacation Request on the Leave Time page
