There are certain items within the system that are seen by specific registration tiers. Tenants
registered with the following products will see the subsequent pages.

• ACA-CE, ACA, ACA-UE:
  • Year End Close
  • IRS Filing
  • IRS Filing Activity
  • ACA Utility
• When your subscription is within one month of expiration, a banner at the head of the page will
  state, “Your subscription is nearing expiration. Your expiration date is X. Please contact sales at
  Integrity Data (sales@integrity-data.com) to renew your subscription”
• When your subscription is expired, a banner at the head of the page will state, “Your
  subscription has expired. Please contact sales at Integrity Data (sales@integrity-data.com) to
• The system can have up to two separate banners, one for tiers and another for subscription
  expiration.

Exceeding Employee Tier Count

When the current employee count is greater than the allowed employees, the system places a banner
at the top of all pages within the system, seen below. Also, as you reach 98% of your allowed
employees, a banner is displayed on all pages within the system alerting you to this fact.

A display dialog, seen below, will alert you when you attempt to do the following after your employee
count has been exceeded:

• Get New Alerts
• Print ACA Reporting
• Print ACA System Reports
• Upload/Import
• Process Year End Close
• Send to IRS
• Send Email
