HR and Payroll for Business Central

Review Employee Documents

Written Instructions

To review an employee’s completed/signed document, click on the employee’s name in the search box found on your HR Dashboard.

Click on the Employee tile.

In the Employee Maintenance dropdown menu, click on Document (employee) or Document (company) to open the document type you want to review.

The columns marked Manager, Employee, and Private allow you to choose who will be able to see the document. If a document is marked “Private”, only an HR Admin will be able to see the document.
