Data Synchronization from HR to GP:
Data changes in HR are written to Azure-based systems and securely stored in a data warehouse in a staging environment. This data is made available to GP.
Data Synchronization from GP to HR:
GP monitors changes in data, and when changes occur, they are stored in staging tables within the GP environment. A new Integrity Windows service running on a customer server monitors these staging records and passes the data directly to HR web services.
Integrity Cloud Environment for Passive Access:
Some data, such as check stubs, may be stored in the Integrity cloud environment. HR can access this data via Azure-based Integrity Web Services.
Security Measures:
All communications between these systems use secure SSL communication to ensure your data is transmitted securely. Encrypted passwords are used where applicable to enhance data security.
Edition and Version Specifics
Please note that requirements can vary based on the edition and version of the products you are using. We recommend consulting the official Microsoft and Integrity Data documentation and working closely with your IT team or a Microsoft partner to ensure your infrastructure meets the necessary requirements.
