  • Occupational Code – 6-8 digit occupation code
  • Geographic Area Code – 2-digit area code number

Arkansas

  • Seasonal Employee – If applicable

California

District of Columbia

  • Owner / Officer Relationship Indicator – Select if the employee is related to the owner or officer of the company.

Florida

  • Educational Employee – Select if the employee worked as educational employee.

Indiana

  • Seasonal Employee – If applicable

Maine

  • Seasonal Employee – If applicable
  • Employer Seasonal Period End – Enter if the employer if defined as seasonal by the Department of Labor.

Michigan

  • Visa Indicator – Select if the employee is under a specific Visa, select which Visa they are under
  • Family Status Indicator – Select if employee is a family member related to the owner of the company.

Minnesota

  • Corporate Officer Indicator – If the employee worked as a corporate officer and if the employer elects non-unemployment benefit coverage.

Missouri

  • Probationary Code – If the employee was hired on a test or trial basis and was employed no longer than 28 consecutive calendar days, enter the date that the probationary period will end.
  • Termination Date – If applicable

New Mexico

  • Workers Compensation – New Mexico requires an employee Workers Compensation fee as well as an employer Workers Compensation fee. This requires the Workers Compensation fee to be set up in the Workers Compensation window. It will allow the fee to come over as a deduction for the employee for reporting.

North Carolina

  • Seasonal Employee – If applicable

Pennsylvania

  • Political Subdivision Code – PSD codes are reported for the employer (if the office is located in PA) as well as for the employee if they reside there. PSD Codes are implemented using the W2 Locality field on the Local Tax Update window.

South Carolina

  • Owner / Officer Indicator – If the employee is considered an owner or officer.
  • Termination Date – If applicable.

Washington

  • Exempt Corporate Officer – Select if the employee worked as a corporate officer and if the employer elects non-unemployment benefit coverage

Wyoming

  • Corporate Officer – Select if employee worked as a corporate officer.
  • Corporate Officer Title Code – Ensure the SOC (EEO) code for the employee is populated in the position window.

Pennsylvania
