Optimizations and fixes to Tax Codes

Various changes were performed to minimize the balancing required in between customer posting and prior to submitting taxes

Non-applicable state codes and counts displaying in file

Various state codes and counts were displayed in files that were not applicable to the company. This created additional cleanup efforts prior to submitting taxes.

SUI Codes were using the Posting Date vs. the Payment Date

This caused certain values to be understated which would cause manual manipulation to correct.

Companies with & in the title were displaying incorrectly

Certain document headers and receipts would cut off the company name when an ampersand was present. This caused manual manipulation prior to submitting documents.

Changes to employee start date for New Hires created in HRP

New employee hire dates were not being set to the first day of the pay period when flowing from HRP to Payroll Now, despite being configured to do so.
