We began developing solutions for Dynamics GP software in 1992 when Great Plains Dexterity was still in Beta. We are the architects of the Dynamics GP Payroll modules you currently use, including Payroll Extensions in Core (Payroll Integration to Payables, Overtime Rate Manager, Deductions In Arrears), and the HR and Payroll Extended Pack (PTO Manager, Advanced Payroll, and Advanced HR).

Today, we are excited to announce that these great solutions will now be available under the Integrity Data Brand. This will provide you an even higher level of support and a closer relationship with Integrity Data, the Dynamics HR and Payroll experts for over 25 years, moving forward.

Effective March 2022, Microsoft will no longer offer the HR and Payroll Suite Modules, and all associated SKUs will be removed from the Microsoft Dynamics GP price lists, including the Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA).
A. YES, If you are running GP Payroll – with Extended Human Resources and Payroll Suite modules – this affects you.
Effective March 1, 2022, Microsoft Dynamics GP Extended Human Resources and Payroll Suite will no longer be offered by Microsoft. Extended Human Resources and Payroll Suite is a series of modules provided by the Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Integrity Data. Extended Human Resources and Payroll Suite will be removed from the Dynamics GP 2018 Perpetual, Dynamics GP 2018 Subscription, and the Dynamics GP Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA).

March 1, 2022. On this date, Extended Human Resources and Payroll Suite will be available directly from Integrity Data and will not be available from Microsoft. Microsoft will remove the modules from the Dynamics GP price lists.
REGISTER your organization with us no later than March 1, 2022, to ensure you receive all critical updates and information. Provide your Microsoft renewal agreement upon registration to retain legacy pricing.
INSTALL the new Integrity Data HRP solution platform. There is NO COST to install. This will make sure you can retain and update your existing functionality and give you options to upgrade to lots of new functionality if and when you need it. Don’t worry, we will send you a reminder once registered!

For all renewals as of March 1, 2022, Microsoft will reduce the PLP for Extended Human Resources and Payroll to zero*. Make sure to register your customers with Integrity Data before their next renewal date to maintain their functionality AND their existing Microsoft renewal pricing**– just let us know and we will process the renewal at the same cost as Microsoft would have.
*If their Microsoft renewal does include a renewal cost for Extended Human Resources and Payroll, Microsoft will not collect/ you do not need to pay this. Contact us for more information and help.

When the customer decides to subscribe to any of the other for-fee items on a subscription basis

Microsoft has worked with Integrity Data for many years to provide our Dynamics GP Human Resources and Payroll customers with compliance and industry-focused functionality and updates. Microsoft and Integrity Data review their business relationship and license agreements on a regular basis. Both companies agree that Integrity Data is better positioned to evolve the strategy and product roadmap for their Extended Human Resources and Payroll Suite by making it available to partners and customers directly from Integrity Data.
Microsoft remains a supporter of Integrity Data. Integrity Data remains committed to helping resellers sell more Microsoft Dynamics GP by providing configurable tools like Extended Human Resources and Payroll that help differentiate Microsoft Dynamics GP in the mid-market.
Your existing Enhancement or Advantage Plan with Microsoft will remain in effect through your plan expiration date. To facilitate a smooth transition, partners need to work with Integrity Data to establish an account for their customers. Effective March 1, 2022, Microsoft will reduce the PLP for Extended Human Resources and Payroll to zero. The customer’s next renewal quote will be recalculated on the current plan’s PLP.
Microsoft will continue to support Extended Human Resources and Payroll until October 30, 2022. This extended date satisfies the 12-month advanced notification requirement of the Lifecycle Support add-on policy for Dynamics GP.

Note: If you begin using the solutions within Payroll Extensions, Advanced Payroll, Advanced HR, or PTO Manager after March 1, 2022, support for these products should be directed to Integrity Data.

In 2007 Integrity Data and Microsoft agreed to bundle these solutions into the Microsoft GP installation and sell them under the Microsoft Label. That has been great for Microsoft and us, but it is time for these solutions to come back to Integrity Data, where we can merge them into our full suite of payroll features. You will experience an even higher level of service and commitment from our team as we move into the future together.
