Payroll NOW delivers ongoing value with predictable and scalable subscription pricing with:
a monthly base fee + a per employee, per month fee + and optional upgrades
Monthly Base Subscription Fees
Base Fee includes 1 FEIN + 1 State for Tax Filing
- $150 per additional FEIN
- $50 per additional state (tax filing)
- $25 per local tax filing jurisdiction
- $30 per state ACA filing (per FEIN)
Employee Self Service (Optional Upgrade)
- First 100 employees
- $350 per month up to 500 employees
- $500 per month up to 2,500 employees
- $1,000 per month up to 5,000 employees
- $1,500 per month all employees over 5,000
Per Employee, Per Month Subscription Fees
Payroll NOW Application
- First 50 Employees included with the $400 Monthly Base Fee
- ACA Compliance Full Service and Tax Filing Services included in PEPM fees
