After upgrading to Microsoft Dynamics GP 18.8, Integrity Data Payroll features may appear to be missing if they are not enabled in the Payroll Features setup window. This article explains how to activate a feature and enable it for the correct company.
Integrity Data Payroll menu options or windows are missing after an upgrade to GP 18.8.
A specific Integrity Data Payroll feature does not function, even though it is installed.
The feature works in one company but not another.
The feature was not enabled in the Integrity Data Payroll Feature window. The Active setting was not set to Yes for the selected feature and/or the company was not checked in the Enable company list.
1. In Microsoft Dynamics GP, go to Microsoft Dynamics GP > Tools > Setup > System > Integrity Data Payroll Feature.
2. In the Payroll Feature window, select the feature you want to use and confirm it appears in the Feature Selected field.
3. Set the Active field to Yes for the feature you want to enable.
4. In the Enable section, mark the checkbox for the company (or companies) where the feature should be active.
5. Save/close the window. If the menu options still do not appear, have all users exit Dynamics GP and sign back in.
If the feature cannot be set to Active, confirm it is registered/licensed in your Integrity Data activation/registration area (Activation/Feature Manager).
Enabling is company-specific—repeat the steps for each company that should have access to the feature.
