We recognize that Microsoft’s recent announcement about the end-of-life for GP might have caused some uncertainty about the future. Rest assured; we are here to support you. We understand the challenges you are facing and are committed to helping you through this transition when you are ready. In the meantime, we will continue to provide our usual support for our products.

We know how much you rely on GP for your payroll and HR needs. You know the system inside out and could run payroll in your sleep. The thought of moving to a new ERP system can be overwhelming.

We share your sentiments. GP has been at the core of our business for 28 years, and supporting GP payroll customers has always been our passion. We live and breathe GP payroll, just like you, and we cherish the GP community.

The good news is that we have already paved the way forward. Contrary to what you may have heard, there is a payroll solution embedded in Business Central (BC) that closely resembles GP Payroll. We transitioned to Business Central in 2019 and have been assisting organizations like yours ever since. We have developed a systematic process for migrating your payroll and HR data to BC. Your questions and concerns are valid, and we are here to help when the time is right.

  • September 30, 2029: End of product enhancements, regulatory (tax) updates, service packs and technical support.
  • April 30, 2031: End of security updates.

As previously announced:

  • April 1, 2025: No new customers for GP perpetual licenses.
  • April 1, 2026: No new customers for GP subscription licenses.
