Are you a newly registered Dynamics GP customer with Integrity Data? We welcome you to our Dynamics GP Payroll community, where our integrated payroll features are designed to make your payroll life better.
If you have recently upgraded to the Year End version of Dynamics GP 18.7 you have been encouraged to register with us so that you can continue to have access to the solutions that Microsoft provided many years ago to support a streamlined payroll process. Features include Deductions in Arrears, Payroll Integration to Payables and Overtime Rate Manager. We reacquired ownership of these solutions for distribution and support in March of 2022, however some customers still have the older MS versions in their environment, which are now resulting in compatibility issues due to recent new features added by Microsoft.
Why does this matter?
These older versions are no longer compatible with the current year end version so in order to keep using these features the files require the updated versions from Integrity Data.
What if I have never registered with Integrity Data?
Not to fret, simply use the link below to register with us and then download the Integrity Data software and use the easy-to-follow instructions.

What if I have never used these features before?
Terrific – then you can proceed to register and install these and begin to use them. These 3 features will reduce the manual tasks that you may be doing now that will reduce the time spent on manually administering arrears, calculating complex overtime, and submitting check requests for payroll deductions and benefits to Accounts Payable.
Please note that there is a small fee for the use of these features going forward for those customers with no other Integrity Data products. This fee ensures that you receive continuous support and updates, keeping your payroll processes efficient and up to date.
What do we do if we are using the Advanced Payroll and HR features?
Even better, these are also now available through Integrity Data. Simply complete the registration details on the link provided above and our Billing team will get your account updated and you can continue as normal.
Our company has never used these features and have no intention of using them in the future, what do we need to do?
No problem – we won’t take it personally, although we would love to see you join us. There is no need to register with us as a customer. We would like to continue communicating with you and your team to keep you informed of the products and solutions that are available to all GP customers as the years progress and the Dynamics GP end of life gets closer.
In order to keep your GP environment functioning optimally these features will need to be removed from the Dynamics.set file and the root Dynamics GP folder. Your partner can provide assistance with this if required.
